As you settle into your space, you will be offered a cup of 100% pure ceremonial-grade Cacao, rich, velvety, and made from the whole bean. This sacred drink is known for opening the heart, deepening connection and supporting both personal and spiritual growth.
A guided meditation and the grounding beat of the drum help the Cacao’s warmth flow through you. Then, as you lie back, waves of gong vibrations wrap around you, releasing tension, quieting the mind and inviting you into deep rest and renewal.
